You can either run the Setup.EXE to install the driver for you or install it manually.

Manual installation instructions here:
Navigate to Device Manager.
Right-click the card and Update Driver Software.
Select: Browse my computer for driver software.

Select: Let me pick from list of device drivers on my computer.
Check in: Show compatible hardware.
Click Standard SATA AHCI Controller

Click Have Disk button
Click Open then Next.
If that path did not work try:VIA... V6.10a> VRAIDDrv> XP> Vista > x86 > viamraid.inf
