Install instructions for Windows

Install the drivers manually.

Navigate to Device Manager.

Locate device.

Right-click and Update Driver Software.

Select: Browse my computer for driver software.
Select: Let me pick from list of device drivers on my computer.
Check in: Show compatible hardware.

Show all devices
Click Have Disk button
Click Browse, navigate to Driver Windows files: MCS99xx_Windows_64bit_driver_v2.0.3.0_WHCK_Binary > StnPorts.inf

Window will prompt that the driver has no digital signature, 
Select: 'Install these drivers anyway'

Drivers should be installed.

Adjust the Port Settings by navigating to:
Device Manager > Right-click port > Properties > Port Settings Tab/Advanced
