RMA Return or Exchange for End User.

1. Please download the provided RMA Form. Once you have completed,please send it, along with a Proof of Purchase to rma@sybausa.com.

2. Our Returns Center will return the RMA Form with valid RMA Number to you within 2 working days. Please note: if the RMA Forms are not completed in full, there may be processing delays.

3. As a last step, copy the confirmed RMA Form with the issued RMA Number twice: please attach one copy clearly visible on the outside of all your return dispatches and enclose the second copy with the product.
