SY-PEX40039 Windows 7 installation stalls at expanding files 0% ocz vertex 4 128 GB

I set my system to AHCI and went about freshly reinstalling windows 7 x64. Windows recognizes the SY-PEX40039 and it even sees my SSD when I'm in the initial stages of installing Windows 7 x64. Once it gets to the point where I can load the drivers, I eject the Windows 7 cd, put load in the drivers that came with the unit, and then put the Windows 7 disk back in. It then gets to expanding files and stops at 0%. I went to sleep and it eventually errored out. It's almost like no data is flowing.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but it feels like I'm very close. I would hate to have to send this thing back.
