Low profile bracket needed

I bought a SD-PEX40031 from a online retailer and didn't receive the low profile bracket.  The retailer won't do anything for me so I thought I would try here.  I have been looking at the Syba website and it looks like most of the pci-e devices that have two external sata ports use the same board layout for the screw holes that secure the bracket to the board.  If anyone has any Syba pci-e card with two esata ports and isn't using the low profile bracket, please contact me at sob8@aol.com.  Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you did not get a low profile bracket with this card. We would be more than willing to provide you with a low profile bracket ourselves if we had one. unfortunately, we do not have any spare brackets at this time.

Hi,

I have just the opposite problem as sob8. I bought a Syba SD-LP-SIL2ES PCI card which has 2 eSATA ports and a low profile bracket. I didn't realized it was incompatible with a regular ATX chassis until  I tried to install it in my system. I had to "straighten" the bracket with a pair of pliers. It went in the PCI slot OK, but there is no bracket screw to hold the card  in place and it tends to wiggle.

Is there anywhere I can get a regular size bracket with two eSATA cutouts? There are two screws attaching the bracket top the card.

Regards, rbrush

Sorry, at this time, there is no full size bracket made for this card.
