Installed SY-PEX15032 on a Dell desktop with Win764bit. The drivers weren't recognized by Windows. I downloaded the latest drivers from the SYBA website. Any suggestions?
Thanks;
Stan

Hello Stan,
This all depends on the RAID setup. Which are you using?
Stan did you ever get your problem resolved? I am having the same problem with a Dell desktop. Could you let me know what the resolution was if there was one?

Hey guys,
Besides the obvious, make sure you install the correct driver for your OS. Also, you may have to check Device Manager to see if there are any errors being displayed. If there, simply choose to update the driver manually using our sites drivers.

I used the Win7 driver for our Win7 Dell, but it simply does not work. The documentation says that the device will work on Win7. the drivers on the Sybausa site date from 2010 and may not, in fact, support Win764bit.
Does Sybausa have any tech support people who can provide assurances that the product does function properly on Win7?

Just finished installing a card on a Windows 7 64bit version system. Detected ok. Works. Confirmed.
